What are you tolerating?

clutter

My inbox is one of my biggest tolerations.  Every time I get rid of 200 emails and unsubscribe from Facebook invites or emails from people adding me to their list, my inbox seems to stay at about 800 to 900 + emails.

Tolerations drain our energy, and they can distract us and become a form of irritation.  When you can identify and eliminate a toleration, you are freeing up your energy, time and resources to help you become more involved in the pursuits that matter to you.

This week I worked with my declutter and Sacred Home Coach Claire Noelle Frost to come up with solutions to end this toleration. Claire helped me go into my Facebook settings and turn off settings that were sending emails to my inbox.  She reminded me about sorting my inbox and unsubscribing to anything that I was not reading.  My commitment to myself is to read what comes in and delete it.  I’m committing to removing this as my #1 toleration.

The Laws of Prosperity move us out of limitations, beliefs and habits that hold us back.   When you remove tolerations, you’re making room for the Universe to bring you more prosperity.  When you “cleanse” your mind, your home and your office, you’re making room for prosperity to come into your life.

I love Catherine Ponder’s book “The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity.”  The Laws of Prosperity help you with your inner and outer rules of action that can blast you out of limitation to bring you peace, health and abundance in your world.

Each one of my clients gets this piece of homework (below) during their work with me.  I’ve found that each of us tolerates more than we need to in any area of our life. When you remove a toleration, you’re freeing yourself to move forward with your life.

After you’ve cleared a toleration, put your right hand over your heart and make this declaration:

“I am rich, well and happy and every phase of my life is in divine order now.”  What I love about declarations is that they are promises to yourself.  They help get your subconscious mind on board.  Practice declaring what you want daily.
