Transcript of a Meditation for Prosperity
This prosperity meditation is extremely effective at removing blocks to prosperity and opening you up to receiving financial wealth, often from unexpected sources.
I’m in a kundalini immersion program as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga is also known as the Yoga of Awareness; its focus is on self-awareness and delivering an experience of your highest consciousness.
The primary objective of Kundalini yoga is to awaken the full potential of human awareness in each individual; and to recognize and refine our awareness.
If you feel you’re blocked from money and prosperity, try this meditation for either three minutes or 11 minutes each day.
I recommend you start with three minutes and do it for 40 days – the time Yogi Bhajan says creates a habit.
When you do this meditation, your prosperity blocks will be broken.
You want to do this meditation with conviction. Believe that you will receive prosperity – chant with conviction.
We’re going to chant the mantra “Har,” while we alternately strike the sides of the hands together, with our elbows at our sides, and forearms at a 45-degree angle.
The mantra you’ll chant is Har and you chant from your naval point. The tip of the tongue strikes the roof of the mouth with each Har, creating a sound like “hu-du”.
Start by sitting with a straight spine in easy pose – with your legs crossed.
You do this meditation with your eyes 9/10 closed and focus on the tip of the nose. This does put a little strain on the muscles of the eyes, but it’s an important part of the meditation, so please try to maintain the focus throughout the meditation.
When you finish the meditation – hold your hands in front of your heart as if you are cupping water in your hands. Inhale and hold it. Then exhale and relax.
Inhale and hold it and exhale two more times. Then sit for a moment and notice the energy in your body.
Now I want to hear from you if you do this consecutively and see unexpected money or abundance come into your life.
Yogi Bhajan has said that this meditation is so powerful that to practice it for more than 11 minutes would be considered greedy.
“Har is one of the aspects of God—the Creative Infinity.” Yogi Bhajan said, “Har is a Shakti Yog mantra, Har is the original God, and sometimes, if you chant just that one word, Har, with me, you will realize God in just a couple of seconds.”*
The more you practice this as a 3-minute or 11-minute meditation, the more prosperity you’ll bring into your life.
Listen to the mantra here.
